[asterisk-ss7] E1 CIC to BCHAN mapping help

Setup is 2 Digium TE420 card but currently only 2nd card is being used with
3 E1s connected
 Signalling is on 16th channel

Can someone help me verify if my CIC to BCHAN mapping is correct?  We're
using the 2nd Card (hence Span5 starting) and there's only 1 signalling
channel currently (but could be more in the future).  Here's example of two
calls

    -- Called ...

    -- Format for call is gsm
