[asterisk-ss7] Q.782, 9.1.1

Hola!

I'm trying to homologate a libss7 based gateway on Argentina and am having some
troubles understanding Q.782.

Configuration D says that the routing rule from A to E is L1, L2; but 9.1.1 shows
messages from A to E going thru L2 while link 1 is available. Should the routing
rule read L1-L2 ? Am I missing something?
