Ok.  Well, in troubleshooting everything *else*, I neglected to take a close look at the point codes.  Yeah.... I put a 2 where I should have put a 7.  Changed that, reloaded chan_dahdi, and voila:

Resetting CICs 25 to 47
Got reset acknowledgement from CIC 25 to 47.
