[asterisk-ss7] Set NAI -> Subscriber for outgoing calls

in ael for example:

112 => {
	Dial(g3/07${EXTEN});
};

_X. => {
	Dial(g3/${EXTEN});
};

I manipulate the ${EXTEN} more complex way in my dialplan
