Estimado,

looking at the traces ,the incoming call is directed to : 002010700
the outgoing cal is originated from : ANI=20107000 going to: DNI=888917571

you may want to dial in the same format than the call is received,
00888917571 - ie not removing a leading zero, but adding two !
you may also want to add the 00 to the calling number, so you get the exact
same format.

these are just wild guesses !
