[asterisk-ss7] 4 E1's with one signalling link - libss7

I would think it's kind of obvious, but since it isn't.... :)

Don't put a dchan in spans 2, 3, and 4, and don't block out those channels as available cics. Also, aren't there 32 channels in an E1, not 31?

--------------

 span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4
 bchan=1-15,17-32
 dchan=16

 span=2,2,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4
 bchan=33-64

 span=3,3,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4
 bchan=65-96

 span=4,4,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4
 bchan=97-128

--------------

 cicbeginswith=1
 channel=1-15
 sigchan=16
 cicbeginswith=17
 channel=17-32

 cicbeginswith=33
 channel=33-64

 cicbeginswith=65
 channel=65-96

 cicbeginswith=97
 channel=97-128

--------------

You might even get away with

 cicbeginswith=17
 channel=17-128

But that's not something I've tried.
