[asterisk-ss7] chan_ss7 - initial alignment failed

I´m using Digium TE100P (1 E1), I was using this card with PRI signaling
without problems. In fact zaptel.conf didn´t change.

I think the cable is ok, because when I connect with my provider (UTStarcom
switch) the card led turn to green.
I will test with a loop.
