[asterisk-ss7] MATTF libss7

Hmm I dont actually see the 100 % relation to my problem.
I can call and got speech transmission during the tests in both ways and
everthing is fine. The "ss7 show linkset 2" output don't show me an
error or DOWN state.
The problem appears only if the other side is deactivating the link and
they expect these SIO messages continously....
I'm not a SS7 expert so I don't know actually about all the timers,
messages etc. (only some).
Does this "mtp3 t19 timer" setting solve something related to my
problem?
