[asterisk-ss7] Can not get ss7 link working on Siemens switch!!

Hi Mike,

Now i have established the isup connection with Siemens MSC. However the
following errors are thrown on SS7 link when debugging. One of the element
that we real need is Location ID

Is there anyway to decode location number as sent by the Vodafone MSC.
