yeap, CIC numbering on your side does not match your ss7 party.

> sigchan = 1
> cicbeginswith = 2
> channel = 2-31
> cicbeginswith = 32
> channel = 32-62

I whould try with this:
cicbeginswith=33

instead of 32.

it's a common bug w/ ss7 connections.
