[asterisk-ss7] Asterisk 1.2.24+chan_ss7-1.0.0+Sangoma A104+Wanpipe-3.2.1+Zaptel-1.2.21

Hi there!

I have a problem with chan_ss7 working with Sangoma A104 card. On port 1st 
and 2nd I have E1 configured and it works fine. Port 3rd and 4th I have to 
configure with ss7.
