[asterisk-ss7] How to configure chan_ss7 to use a STP

The next version of chan_ss7 will support two DPC's per linkset, one for the 
SP (signaling point) and one for the STP (signaling transfer point). Some 
telcos require this if the E1's are connected to an STP.
