[asterisk-ss7] Asterisk SS7, SG, MG and MGCP

Hey Matthew, good to hear that!
If you are willing to write the driver compatible for HUAWEI 
MGCP/MEGACO (telco grade) gateways, I have 1 port gateway 
here, and can donate it for this task.
