[asterisk-ss7] Issue with the Device

Like Joseph mentioned, it sounds like you have a problem with your 
signaling channel.  You can try the ss7linktest program to see debug 
output of the link alignment.  You have to shutdown asterisk first 
before you try ss7linktest though.
