[asterisk-ss7] running libss7 using sangoma card as tdm interface

I believe it would work similar to libpri, you dont see any module 
named PRI, but there might be some configuration within zapata.conf ?

Matt, you can through some more light on this aspect, and if possible 
provide some examples.
