[asterisk-ss7] disable and re-enable dchans

Hello All,

Trying to do some MTP2/MTP2 tests with Telco , one of the requirements is
for me to disable and re-enable signalling links , I have 4 signaling links
running
on the same span. I have tried a script to disable and renable the channel
in
zaptel.conf and run ztcfg . for some reason the channel still doesnt go off
, Telco
stil get LSSU from my end .

Any Ideas welcome .
