[asterisk-ss7] SS7 : Asterisk and NMS/Dialogic

Is it possible using 2 box. 1st box signaling using NMS/Dialogic boards and 2nd only voice channel using Digium/Sangoma E1 boards? How to configure asterisk site since the signaling using NMS/Dialogic API
