[asterisk-ss7] still unable to receive calls using libss7 (error
log given)

ok i re-installed every thing again and tried libss7 on another link, the
problem mentioned above vanished but a new error started comming in i.e.
Asterisk Ready.

well, 'ss7linktest' did'nt run saying 'no such command' but i was able to
get almost the same results using 'ss7 debug linkset 1', the output is:

moreover when i tried to restart the zap channels, the following happened:

it says that it is unable to open sigchan 16, but here i must tell u that
there is another server beside ours (that does'nt use asterisk), it runs all
fine on that system when we plug the same link into that system with the
signallin on 16th channel, confirming that there is no problem with the ss7
link
