[asterisk-ss7] still unable to receive calls using libss7 (error
log given)

If what it looks like that you're getting these messages continuously,
it would seem pretty obvious why it's not working. Your spans are
bouncing in and out of alarm. What is the output when you try running
the ss7linktest program on your signalling channel?
