[asterisk-ss7] No Ringback Tone Problem.

Hello,

There is a config option in ss7.conf

; Reply incoming call with CON rather than ACM and ANM
use_connect => yes

is this has any relation with some people problem about no ring back tone?

Note : i have no hardware otherwise i will test it.
