[asterisk-speech-rec] res_speech_lumenvox.so b24 hanging

Ive got 8.6.1 on my servers now and I still had to do it to get the .so to load. So it might still be an issue.

Hi Steve

It looks as if loader.c has had a re-write as the is no mention on the
code that the patch needs to be placed before. I though that only
applied to 8.6 and was fixed in 8.6.1 and above ?
