[asterisk-speech-rec] Lumenvox Response files relate to Asterisk Call Logs

Hello,

We have our speech recognition files in:
/opt/lumenvox/engine_7.5/Lang/Responses/10.16.2007
and the files look like:

50f8a988-2a0a-4ea4-b661-fdcf9ef34547.callsre
962d2e02-5b34-44de-8dda-3f6d749792f9.callsre
cb2c0dc5-b886-437b-a6c1-e6068df0b517.callsre

How do I relate these files back to the call that came in?  I want to be able to match these callsre files to the logs for a specific call so I can see what scores, etc that were returned in Asterisk by those speech recognition attempts.
