[asterisk-speech-rec] Lumenvox builtin grammar help

I should mention that when I tried to load the ABNF grammar
distributed with the speech engine, I got this error first:

[Aug  1 14:50:06] ERROR[4725] res_speech_lumenvox.c: Failed to load
grammar 'ABNFDate': Syntax is not understandable

followed by:

[Aug  1 14:50:06] ERROR[4725] res_speech_lumenvox.c: Grammar
'ABNFDate' could not be found and thus could not be activated.
