Does anyone know whether the VAD within the LumenVox Speech Engine could be
used to detect answering machines with a predictive dialer?  There is a
Dialogic card that has Positive answering machine detection (PAMD) however
this sounds a little like the marketing guys have gotten carried away with
how you can implement VAD?
