[asterisk-speech-rec] Lumenvox

The directory /etc/asterisk/grammars exists; as do the grammars required in
it. It seems that location is not the default location. Is it possible to
specify a location via a lumenvox.conf directive to be sure?

manually create it (and put the appropriate grammars in it).
