OpenPGP is a RFC standard and there are c, java and javascript
implementation along with opensource key management and email client
integration for all operating systems.

Then there is a company named PGP Corporation that produce PGP as a
commercial product derived from the old freeware one. Then there are
also FileCrypt and Cryptix which are other commercial implementation.
However today with opensource gpgme, mypg and bouncycastle it's possible
to get fully RFC compliant OpenPGP support.
