These changes include the following:


1. An SDP descriptor service has been created to allow translating SDP into a
Media Format class and vice versa.

2. Two audio formats (ulaw and alaw) have been defined to show how they would
be defined.

3. All media operation related stuff has been removed, this will be revisited
in the future unless we dictate it needs to be done now... which would extend
the required time of things some.

4. Compatibility service has been defined which will allow a compatibility
check between two formats. This is a proxy on the format.
