[asterisk-scf-dev] Repository reorganization

Today we relocated a number of the Asterisk SCF git repositories from 
the 'integration' area to the 'release' area (which was scheduled to be 
done before AstriCon, but didn't happen).

As a result, the next time you run the 'gitall-asterisk-scf' script in 
your existing local copy, you will get a number of errors. You can 
correct this situation by running 'git pull' in your clone of the gitall 
repository, which will pull down the latest script. That script will 
update your existing repository clones and all should be well.
