[asterisk-r2] R2 Carrier alestra mexico

First, try to update your chan_dahdi in your Xorcombox.


Once it worked out configuring each channel in chan_dahdi like:
channel =>1
channel => 2
channel => 3
etc.

And then I configured each chanel as a dahdi trunk.
