[asterisk-r2] MFCR2 - CAS Seize or 0x00 when apply changes on freepbx .

  Hi ,

  I have a system up and running , integrated with legacy PBX Nec Neax 2000
. I'm using asterisknow 1.7 , a digium card TE407P ( E1 ) and openr2 1.2 (
native from asterisknow ) in Brazil .

  The only issue i have is :

   - When i apply changes on freepbx ( create an extensios ) and reload it
,my channels get Seize and the only way to back this to the normal state ,
Idle , is restart asterisk ( tx channels get back to Idle but RX are 0x00 )
and then disconnect the cable from balun and connect again . After do this
all channels get back to idle state and i'm able to make and receive calls .

  So , do you have an idea about how to fix this ?.
