[asterisk-r2] FW: te122p con E1 telecom conmutado

Hi,

I have the next problem:

I install:

asterisk-1.4.21.2
asterisk-addons-1.4.7.tar.gz
chan-unicall-1.4-r01
libmfcr2-0.0.6
libsupertone-0.0.2
libunicall-0.0.6
spandsp-0.0.5
zaptel-1.4.12.1

and this is Ok

i login in asterisk -r and the command UC show channels 
show me the 31 channles....

but i have te122p and i like connect a the E1 R2 to Telecom (conmutado)
and the card te122 the led is in red
and the zaptel the card showme alarm red

Whi????

Tengo un problema pero empezare por mostrarles lo q instele:
 
Centos 5.4 64 bit
 
Los maquetes astUnicall de moises para Asterisk 1.4.22
de este paquete tiene zaptel 1.4.11 el cual reemplace por el 1.4.12 por que
me salia problemas con el Kernel que es:
 
2.6.18-164.11.1.el5
 
ademas no instale el Libpri
 
por lo demas instale igual como esta en el README que viene con los paquetes

y quedo bein montado
asl entrar asl asterisk -r UC show channels 
me muestra los 31 canales....
 
pero tengo el siguinete problema
 
tengo una te122p y trato de conectarle un canal E1 R2 conmutado de telecom
ellos colocaron unos equipos Ericsson q sale unos coaxiales (RX, TX) a un convertidor G.703 Balun
de alli conecto un pash cord a la tarjeta te122p

y siempre el foquito esta en rojo
y en zaptel reporte la atrjeta en red.....
 
no me entran ni puedo sacar llamadas...
  
q sera???
