[asterisk-r2] R2 Problem

Hi, i need to connect asterisk with a Harries 20-20 Semi Public PBX with
mcf/r2 protocol.
Mi hardware is Sangoma A101. Elastix 1.6 Realease. 1.2 libopenr2.
The configuration of dahdi is

#i test with and without this parmeter with same result.

My problem is, in all channels after init i got the message
Far end blocked on chan XXXX
The provider of the harries 20-20 tell me the variant use is AR.
I use E1 crosscable to connect this pbx.
No alarms, the status is Green ( ok).
