[asterisk-r2] Connecting Asterisk and Avaya Definity

	I do not see two important things in the configuration you posted:

1 - No context where the call is received
2 - No channel => 1-15,17-31

	Also, when I connect to a PBX I usually do:

mfcr2_max_ani=0
mfcr2_max_dnis=30

	This is because most PBX systems will not send out ANI and I use the
DNIS as the dialed number.
