[asterisk-r2] Problem tone recognition external IVR (Telmex)

This is not related to R2, you will have better responses if you send this
to asterisk-users mailing list.

Having said that. You can enable the dtmf logging (see logger.conf
documentation) and reproduce the problem and see if Asterisk is sending the
DTMF at all. If the logs show that it's being sent, next thing would be take
a recording of the audio and check that the DTMF is there, nice and clean
(using something like wavesurfer or audacity).
