[asterisk-r2] MFCR2 Cantv (Venezuela) Incomming. Sometimes calls works fine. Sometimes one call takes two channels (busy tone) and sometimes we receive "Protocol error. Reason = Multi Frequency Cycle Timeout"

It could be a CRC4 mismatch. Or, as strange and weird as it sounds we
had a similar problem when my mistake connected one of the coaxials of
the first E1 to the second E1 and viceversa, effectively crossing the
two E1!!!
