[asterisk-r2] E1 R2 problems all over Mexico

A lot of people has been calling me to ask about a problem that has seem to
appear out of nowhere with E1¹s from Telmex mostly. The openr2 call files
are starting to show ³unknown² protocol errors.

Anybody seen this behaviour? Anybody having problems with Telmex E1 r2 in
Mexico?
