[asterisk-r2] Asterisk ended with exit status 139

Hi, i have installed a asterisk with a E1 r2 with 20 phone lines and it 
was working fine but today start show this error

 /usr/sbin/safe_asterisk: line 146: 10071 Violación de segmento  (core 
dumped) nice -n $PRIORITY ${ASTSBINDIR}/asterisk -f ${CLIARGS} 
${ASTARGS} > /dev/${TTY} 2>&1 < /dev/${TTY}
Asterisk ended with exit status 139
Asterisk exited on signal 11.
Automatically restarting Asterisk.

and restart asterisk every 10 o 15 min, i never see a error like this, i 
used
dahdi-linux 2.1.0.4
dahdi-tool 2.1.0.2
openr2 2.1.1.0

and when i try to asterisk -rvvv
show me
Disconnected from Asterisk server

Hola, tengo instalado un asterisk con un E1 r2 con 20 lineas de telefono 
y estaba trabajando bien pero el dia de hoy comenzo a mostrarme le 
siguiente error

y se esta reiniciando el servicio cada 10 o 15 min
 y cuando trato de entrar al asterisk cli
asterisk -rvvvvvv
me manda
