[asterisk-r2] Problem MFC R2 - Unable to create channel of type 'UNICALL'

Hi Guys,

I don't know why suddenly outbound calls do not work, and I have logs from 
Asterisk with the message: "Unable to create channel of type 'UNICALL'"
