[asterisk-r2] Incorrect Digits

I have installed Asterisk  1.4.25 with r2 mfc support Brazilian, and I 
have some issues when the user send calls.

The senary is:

(PABX NEC NEAX 2400 IMS) <-----> ASTERISK with R2 card <---> E1 carrier 
telefonica Br

The Problem is:

The User press 41421909 for example, but in Asterisk come in 
41421909********** or 44441111422219000999

Example:

7205576*************","from-pabx","","DGV/30","SIP/103865-091bb508","Dial","SIP/103865/7205576*************|60|tTWw"


At This moment I don't have CLI log, at next menssage I put this.
