Internationall calls may take longer than expected by openr2, try increasing
timers.mf_fwd_safety in the advanced protocol file r2proto.conf, default I
think is 10000ms (10 seconds), so you may need to increase that to 30000. I
already set the default to 30000 in release-1 branch, but since 1.2.0 has
not been released yet you either need to use release-1 svn or increase the
timer via configuration.
