[asterisk-r2] forcing asterisk to accept e1r2 calls without ANI

ANI is the same as CallerID here, so, no, there is no other way.
However, if you post a call log here I may be able to see which
calling party category is being reported by the operator and add some
change to openr2 to by-pass callerid when that category is presented.

So, pastebin 2 call log files, one normal and one with operator. Which
country is this?

Also pastebin your zapata.conf configuration.
