[asterisk-r2] forcing asterisk to accept e1r2 calls without ANI

Moy,

Is there any other way other than setting max_ani=0 to make it accept calls 
without any ANI? Setting max_ani=0 disables all callerIDs. Including direct 
calls - not through operator assistance.
