[asterisk-r2] OR2 Debug trace - Calls do not complete

I just checked the code, and you are right, it seems Asterisk is not
doing the right thing. It should leave defaults to openr2 and instead
is imposing a default of mfcr2_get_ani_first = 0; I will fix it this
weekend.
