[asterisk-r2] OR2 Debug trace - Calls do not complete

Done. Now openr2 is set to get the ANI first and everything is fine.

BTW, just commenting out mfcr2_get_ani_first=no didn't work. I had to
explicit yes on it. Unfortunately, I had no time to look into that
further.
