today we had a quiet morning. Applied the suggestions I sent and that worked. Calls are stabilized so far. 
Transmission of the configuration files for review. 
Thank you and continue observing and reporting what is happening.

  Asterisk 1.4.22.0 renamed chan_zap.so to chan_dahdi.so, but it have the two behaviors

  Dial(Zap/....)
  Dial(DAHDI/....)
