today we had a quiet morning. Applied the suggestions I sent and that worked. Calls are stabilized so far. 
Transmission of the configuration files for review.

  I was reading things too quick today and I don't noticed that was a Telco, not a PBX ;)

  Asterisk 1.4.22.0 renamed chan_zap.so to chan_dahdi.so, but it have the two behaviors

  Dial(Zap/....)
  Dial(DAHDI/....)
