As I can see, you don't follow the installation steps in the right way.

1. Get DAHDI Linux/Tools and install it

1.1 Install DAHDI Linux

1.2 Install DAHDI Tools

1.3 Configure and test you interface cards and circuit

2. Get OpenR2 library

2.1 Install OpenR2 library

3. Install other libraries like LibPRI, LibSS7 if you will be using ISDN and
SS7 in the same system.

4. Get Asterisk from MFC/R2 branch

4.1 Install Asterisk

4.2 Check if chan_dahdi.so gets R2 support by issuing the following command,
it must return the path to the OpenR2 library file.

$ ldd /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/chan_dahdi.so | grep openr2

5. Configure you system in a suitable way for you env.
