Well, every thing that need an "in memory state" has a problem in potential.
If you want to implement the presence feature (hint or devstate) you
will have problems...
I have problems with call pickup on remote asterisk boxes...
But others apps can work with a couple of scripts and imagination,
like voicemail, call park, etc.
You can take a look on my page, I wrote somes scripts to help with this.
