[asterisk-gui] Hardware setup for channel bank

Yes, that's what I'd like to do, manually edit the conf file and then fake
dahdi_scan. How do I go about faking dahdi_scan???

The reason I was missing Span 2 was that I'm actually working in my backup
server which has a TE121B card which only has one T1 span.
