[asterisk-gui] MySQL

Hi,

I was enjoying watching the logs scroll by when I noticed this:
[Mar 18 15:49:31] WARNING[3857]: res_config_mysql.c:684 reload: MySQL
RealTime: Cannot connect write handle: Can't connect to local MySQL
server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)

Asterisk 1.6.0.6
DAHDI Version: 2.1.0.4
GUI-version : SVN-branch-2.0-r4561

Both of these failed:
realtime mysql status
realtime pgsql status

I thought all the settings were kept in text files.  Is this something
to worry about?
