Again, Elastix comes with FreePBX (or two). Are you looking for a
distribution of Asterisk on which to run this asterisk-gui (in which
case: using Elastix will not get you very far) or for some 
Asterisk-based PBX (in which case Elastix is one of the popular
options)?
